Listings, Transactions & Compliance
Process Your Listings & Transactions in SkySlope
SkySlope is our listings & transactions management platform. All paperwork including listing agreements and contracts must be submitted via the SkySlope platform for approval and signatures.
In order to ensure you are well-versed in SkySlope, please feel free to join our weekly Wednesday training sessions at 1pm. These training sessions can be accessed via the calendar invite on our “Agent Calendar Florida”. In the calendar invite description, please click the Zoom link to join.

Compliance
Listing paperwork must be shared with the Transaction Operations team within 48 hours of execution. Listings can only go live as a Coming Soon or as active on the MLS once the listing agreement has been shared with and approved by the Transaction Operations department.
Price reductions and status changes must receive written approval from the seller prior to submitting to the Transaction Operations team.
Commission reductions require prior approval from your Sales Manager, which you can request using this form.
Compass requires all sales listings to have a sellers disclosure with the listing agreement.

Need help choosing a photographer? Please reference our Approved Photo & Video Vendors list to see the options available in your region. To reimburse your expenditure against a marketing budget (if applicable) you must use one of these pre-approved vendors.
To ensure all listing photography is on-brand, our Marketing team has prepared this guide to maintain high-quality listing images across all of our markets.
Have a recommendation for listing photographers that you’d like Compass to consider? Click here to submit their names - we vet vendors in Q1 and in Q4 of each year. Please note that vetting is dependent on the vendors ability to produce work that aligns with our guidelines and the ability to provide their service at scale.

To enroll in direct deposit, please email finance.florida@compass.com. The Accounting and Finance teams will provide you with a link and instructions for setting up your direct deposit with Compass.
Getting You Paid
In order to ensure a timely turnaround for commission payment processing, please be sure to follow the steps below:
Prior to closing, upload all deal related documents (both buyer & seller side) to Skyslope
Pro-tip: upload these documents to Skyslope as soon as you have an executed sales contract or lease. This will help avoid any delays in processing your commission.
Submit deal information into Deal Closer, our finance team’s transactions platform.

Once all three steps are completed, your commission payment will be processed. Please note, our business hours for payment processing are Monday through Friday, with a deadline of 12:30pm for same-day payment processing.
